Nashville MMA Training Camp offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Gi and No-Gi, Muay Thai, boxing, wrestling, mixed martial arts, fitness and sports performance training, personal training, women-only martial arts classes, and self-defense training. Arrive about 15 minutes before your first class so our team can check you in, show you around the gym, and introduce you to your coach. You will need to complete a liability waiver before training, and anyone under 18 needs a legal guardian to sign. Most classes are about an hour and are structured so beginners can learn alongside other members at an appropriate pace.
Yes. We offer Fundamentals classes specifically designed for beginners, along with Intermediate, Advanced, and All Levels options as students progress. You do not need previous martial arts experience to start training at Nashville MMA Training Camp.
No. Many members start with no previous martial arts experience. Our Fundamentals classes teach the basic positions, movements, terminology, and training habits you need before moving into more advanced classes.
No. You can start at your current fitness level and build conditioning as you train. Coaches can help you learn the movements safely, and consistent martial arts or fitness training will gradually improve your strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination.
Wear clean athletic clothing without buttons, zippers, or exposed hardware. Shoes are not worn on the martial arts mats, so slip-on shoes are convenient for moving on and off the training area. Gi classes require a Gi and belt, while striking and MMA classes use discipline-specific protective gear as you progress.
Trial students can use rental gear at no charge. New members can also use gym gear during the first two weeks while they determine what equipment they want to purchase. After that, members are expected to have their own required gear, and rental equipment is available for $5 per class if needed.

Nashville MMA Training Camp has a 40,000+ square foot facility with more than 13,000 square feet of mat space and more than 10,000 square feet of fitness areas. Members have access to free weights, power racks, cable machines, turf, cardio equipment, rowing and ski machines, bikes, and other strength and conditioning equipment, plus dedicated martial arts training areas.
Nashville MMA Training Camp offers 80+ classes per week with options in the early morning, daytime, evening, and on weekends. Because class times can change, always use the live Schedule page for the most current BJJ, Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, wrestling, fitness, women's, and kids class times.
No one is thrown into hard sparring on day one. Fundamental striking classes do not include sparring, while more advanced striking classes can include controlled sparring and live drills. Grappling classes may include live rolling, and all sparring or live training must follow coach supervision and gym safety rules.
Yes. The facility has men's and women's showers as well as family dressing rooms. Bring your own towel and shower products.
Yes. Nashville MMA Training Camp has a private parking lot at the facility. Evening traffic can be busy, so members and visitors should drive slowly and watch for children entering and leaving the building.
Current gym hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Class times vary within those hours, so check the live Schedule page before coming in for a specific class.
