This website and our request forms are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Our programs require participants to be 18 or older unless enrolled as a minor by a parent or legal guardian who contacts us directly. By submitting information through the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Programs, Classes, and Services

Information on this website about programs, classes, schedules, coaches, and facilities is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. Submitting a request form does not create a membership, reservation, or contract. Enrollment, membership, pricing, and participation in classes are governed by separate agreements you enter into with us.

Separate waivers control participation. These Terms do not replace or supersede any membership agreement, liability waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk form you sign in person, which govern your participation in classes and your use of the facility.

5. SMS and Email Communications

If you provide your phone number or email and opt in through our request form, you consent to receive transactional and, where you have agreed, marketing or promotional messages from Nashville MMA. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP,” or reply “HELP” for assistance; you may unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. 6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and video — is the property of Nashville MMA Training Camp or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

Martial arts and fitness training involve inherent risks of physical injury. Any decision to train with us is voluntary. Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice; consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. Participation in classes and use of our facility are conditioned on the separate waivers and releases described in Section 4.
