*Our gym policy is that members must train a minimum of 3 months before they’re allowed to spar and at least 6 months before the coaches will allow you to take a fight with us. Come ready to put in the work. If you are interested in joining the fight team please ask one of your coaches for more information on the joining process/requirements.
Students will learn basic combinations, footwork, takedowns, and submission holds, gradually building their understanding and proficiency in each area. There will be no live rolling in this class as the primary focus is to build your foundation so we will focus on proper form and drilling to build your muscle memory.
For those with some experience in MMA or a solid foundation in one or more martial arts, the intermediate MMA class provides a more challenging training environment. In this class, participants dive deeper into advanced techniques, strategies, and conditioning specific to MMA. Sparring sessions and controlled live drills are incorporated to simulate real fighting scenarios, allowing students to refine their skills and develop their ability to transition seamlessly between striking and grappling.
Our MMA Fight Team is an invite only class as it is tailored for dedicated individuals who are interested in competing in MMA events. This class focuses on intense training sessions that include high-level sparring, advanced techniques, fight-specific conditioning, and mental preparation. The MMA Fight Team class is ideal for those who aspire to compete professionally or want to take their skills to the next level in a competitive environment.
