Yes. Women with no previous martial arts experience can start in these classes. Coaches teach the core movements, techniques, and safety habits needed to build confidence before progressing to more advanced training.
Yes. BJJ teaches leverage, control, escapes, and ground defense, while Muay Thai develops striking, footwork, defense, and conditioning. Together, they can provide practical skills while also building confidence and fitness.
Wear clean athletic clothing without buttons, zippers, or exposed hardware. BJJ Gi classes require a Gi and belt, while Muay Thai uses boxing gloves and shin guards. Trial students can ask the front desk about loaner equipment.
